Haha, a bit over the top here. Hard not to cringe. This is purely self-promotion on my part, I get no affiliate benefits, just purely a personal recommendation. Buy it if you need it, skip if you don’t—don’t impulse buy things you don’t need!
Warm Reminder:
Compatibility of this thing isn’t great, but the focus is on price. It ships free via SF Express and you can use open-source software for card writing. No need to worry about privacy leaks or sellers disappearing.
Don’t compare it to 9esim v0/v1/v2/v3, 5ber, or estk. Look at their prices—they’re all over a hundred RMB at retail. Now look at this price?
Officially, only eSIMs from esim.cc and esim.gg are guaranteed to work for writing.
The card’s EID starts with 35, it’s a domestic chip from Beijing Watchdata. Just like those cheap newbie cards from Pinduoduo or Taobao—it’s not compatible with all eSIMs.
Known compatibility issues:
- Vodafone (including downstream) cannot be detected by the
9eSIM-nLPA,NekokoLPA, orEasyEUICCapps after enabling the eSIM card, but it does not affect regular use—calls and texts work fine. If you need to use it with the app, you must switch to another eSIM card using the phone’s STK menu (SIM Toolkit) or a card reader. - Card writing can sometimes brick the secure chip, causing the eSIM QR code to fail. My solution: before each card write session, remove the card, reinsert, power up and re-initialize, and then write—so far, no errors.

Also, 9esim-lpa (esayeuicc) works too, but I didn’t take a screenshot; as long as your phone recognizes the card reader, opening esayeuicc will display a connection prompt similar to the first image.
