  3. See: Congratulations, you have successfully claimed 1 CTExcel mobile card! Close the page and wait patiently for the card to arrive, no need to proceed to payment, no need to proceed to payment, no need to proceed to payment

    Shipment location: Chengdu (Zhongtong Express)

Note: The card needs to connect to a Canadian base station to activate, after activation, you can set up 911 and WiFi Call
